We want to help create and educate a coffee community. We are studying what groups like Specialty Coffee Association of America have to offer. Many of us at AVOCA are members of Barista Guild of America and Garold as a Roaster is a member of The Roasters Guild. We believe these organizations are trying to better train and rally like minded individuals that love coffee.
If you are a novice to coffee or a veteran barista, we are here for you to hone skills and learn the business of coffee. We can train individuals or entire restaurant staffs. We also have the ability to come to you or we can use our facilities here at AVOCA. With amenities like a full working bar to a test kitchen with a variety of equipment to experiment and practice with, we are confident that AVOCA can provide for your training needs.
